Ginger has so many healing properties and can be consumed in a variety of ways. One of my favorite ways to use ginger is making a hot cup of tea from my homemade ginger syrup. It gives me a spicy kick and soothes my palate. I love the warm comforting feeling it gives me. I enjoy making ginger syrup and it's easily enjoyed hot or cold.
